OUTLINE OF MY COACHING
No matter your experience, we will begin by first assessing your current daily habits (eating, exercise, movement, sleep, work, etc.). This will reveal your current starting point, which allows us to make successful changes as we work toward building a healthier and happier lifestyle. From there, we will assess the goals you have in mind and take small steps to establish a routine to help you gain progress. We will take a systematic approach, focusing on removing all obstacles standing in your way and from there, we will strive to instill healthy habits that are best suitable for you.

My coaching will include, but no be limited to, fitness and nutrition education, an individualized exercise program designed with you in mind, and 24/7 availability for support and guidance.
When creating an exercise program specific to you, exercise specification is based on:
Your access to equipment and/or fitness facility.
Time availability – based on your schedule.
Your current fitness level and goals.
