There's a lot of confusion when it comes to health and nutrition “truths.” We live in a world full of extremes: Is red wine saving or killing you? What about carbs? Red meat? And, how about the keto diet? Perhaps the answer to living a healthy lifestyle is rather more adaptable: rethink demonizing foods. Perhaps we also need to explore more common ground and find educators that we can trust. 

EDUCTION | GUIDANCE | FLEXIBILITY

There is a lot of terminology that circulates around healthy eating. Words such as: balance, macros, flexibility, portion control, clean eating, etc. So, what does creating and living a healthy lifestyle mean exactly? Simply put, creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle means living a life where you consume mostly whole, nutritious foods, while also allowing yourself the flexibility to eat things you enjoy that aren't so nutritious. A nutritious diet is a mindful way of eating to fuel your body, based on what is right for you, your body, and your goals. And, when it comes down to building healthy habits, that is where a lot of the terms listed above come into play. 

My goal as an educator is to provide my clients with the tools to make it simple and to learn how to live their everyday life with a balanced eating approach. The method I use is based on both nutrition and exercise science. Most importantly, the focus of my program is to teach my clients how to take a lifestyle approach of eating and incorporate it into their own everyday life; whether that be when traveling, working, at home, eating dinner with the family, special events, or the holidays. My intention is to give my clients the confidence in the decisions they make in regards to eating, and for them to create a well-balanced diet that provides them with the proper nutrients to live a healthier life.   

ONE TIME MEAL PLAN

My one time meal plan includes:

·     a one time macro calculation

·     a 4 week meal plan, specific to your palate

·     supplement and exercise plan recommendations based on your current fitness level         and goals
